The XLamp XP-E LED combines the proven lighting-class performance and
reliability of the XLamp XR-E LED in a package with 80% smaller footprint.
The XLamp XP-E LED continues Cree’s history of innovation in LEDs for lighting
applications with wide viewing angle, symmetrical package, unlimited floor life
and electrically neutral thermal path.
N.B. Cree now offers XLamp XP-E cool white (5,000K – 10,000K CCT) LEDs in an R2 flux bin (114 lm min. at 350 mA, giving an efficacy of 100 lm/watt minimum), which is the highest commercially available minimum-flux order code for a single-die LED, at 350 mA, in the industry today.

With the industry’s highest performance, the XLamp XP-E colour LEDs provide up to 22 percent more flux than the existing XLamp XR colour portfolio, with an 80 percent smaller footprint. XLamp XP-E reduces the space between LED die by 75%, compared to XLamp XR colour LEDs.
